With her gentle voice, Daniella's practice offers a perfect blend of breath and movement. She cues transitions mindfully, making the getting into and out of each pose as important as the poses themselves. So important and so few teachers so this! I love how Daniella brings attention back to our individual bodies and needs...making a comfortable space for us to choose the options that fit us best today.

Workplace Sessions

I had tried yoga a few times before and always felt intimidated, not really welcome. Once I started taking Daniella’s class that changed. Daniella creates this warm, judgement-free environment, which is enhanced by her soothing voice and manner. She makes sure that every person is comfortable and easily adapts movements/positions to meet people’s needs. I feel rejuvenated after every class and more mentally centered. After taking Daniella’s class weekly for almost 2 years, I can’t imagine going a week without it!

I have never been exhilarated after a workout or experienced a runners high. Frankly, I’m just not an athletically inclined person. What I am though is a very stressed person and yoga is right up there for solutions to chronic stress. So, believe me when I tell you that I was nervous to start yoga since my physical abilities aren’t, as established, top notch. Nervousness be damned though Dani was great! There isn’t a move that she can’t modify to make you more comfortable or capable. And there has never been a time where I felt judged when I quit or fell out of a pose. It is such a relaxing and welcoming experience that I might just have become a little more athletically inclined. I’m certainly less stressed after every class.

Every time I leave Dani’s yoga nidra session, I am calm and relaxed. The best part is those feelings last through the next day. I find it’s easier to be in the moment and I have more patience especially with my kids. The session is only 30 minutes and her words and voice are calming and affective. I would recommend to anyone who needs to slow down and just breathe!
