Private instruction in your home or mine. Sessions cater to your individual needs and goals, wherever your practice might be! Learn how to make yoga feel good in your (REAL!) body; or increase strength, mobility, and balance; work towards the mastery of a pose or series of poses; build a home practice; learn to modify your practice for pregnancy; restore strength and release tension postpartum; return to movement after periods of inactivity or injury; reduce stress, tension, and pain. Packages of 2, 4, or 8 sessions available. Can also be booked for couples looking to fit in more time together, build a partner yoga practice, or deepen the communication and trust within your relationship.
Offered as on-premises wellness benefit for your employees. Designed to fit the needs of your specific group and work environment, options include: a full yoga class curated to undo the physical and mental stress of long hours in front of a desk, at a screen, or repetitive movement; a seated flow that can be performed in the work space at a desk; guided meditation practice; workplace Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep); and self-care workshops. Scheduled as a one-time workshop, or as a weekly, biweekly, or monthly benefit.
